Counselling Wellbeing Therapy (CWT) is an Australian online counselling platform based in Melbourne that provides a supportive space for people going through difficult times. Whether you are struggling with demotivation, suffering from insomnia, experiencing uncontrollable distress or compulsions, or finding yourself stuck in addictive behaviours, having a conversation can help, and seeking support will be beneficial.
CWT uses basic cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) to help people clarify the problems they face, identify triggering factors, maintaining factors, underlying causes, and preventive measures. CWT provides online counselling services to those in need. No matter where you are or your background or age, the first two counselling sessions (60 minute each) is completely free. All you need to do is contact us, whether via phone or email. You can also fill in your contact information on the "Free Session" section of the website, and we will contact you within one working day (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.).
